Pros

Some good people in KYC space. However the one point of failure that is the manager in Daily Banking creates a culture of distrustful, back handed reactive decision making, that do not benefit the customers nor staff.

Cons

Too many cons to list. Wouldn't recommend working here to anyone other than my worst enemy. There are great people that work there that get chewed up, spat out, and used up by senior management. It's sad to see people change their inherently good nature because senior managers have made them. Also senior managers, and some team leaders claim the work of others as their own. The sheer level of posturing and peacocking is beyond ridiculous. Orange Code, what a bloody joke.
