Tons of them. Chiefly, the management does not listen to your reasons and explanations on issues, always think they are the best and smartest. Always love to insist on looking at data and statistics, might as well buy robots to work instead of employing humans.

- Company doesn't provide career growth plan. Career goal selection process is quite tricky and it designed for a worker to feel imposter syndrome and don't ask promotion. Wage is very low compared to the market. Some chapter leads don't consider people, who is in their chapter, as colleagues and think that they are job giver.
