      Nice employer, everything is transparent

      ING claims themselves as a tech company and not a bank but non-tech managers still make decisions. everything is slow, non-effective, a lot of bureaucracy. Bank is always a bank.

      Great Benefits, Their benefits package is very generous as it is based on the benefits offered in the Netherlands

      Cons

      The opportunity for advancement is very limited. They would rather hire from the outside than give you the opportunity to advance. This place is really a training center for young professionals from the Netherlands. They show up and return to the Netherlands next thing you know is you see their name in company literature as the head of some department.
