Salary and hmo is good and competitive.

1. Politics! 2. Manager that does not know the process of the team. 3. You will not easily be coached, reprimand even if you commit the same errors in the process. 4. No work life balance. 5. 1 on 1 will never happen unless you ask for a schedule on your Manager, then sometimes.it will be cancelled.

Fantastic engagement, upper management genuinely love their staff within the Contact Centre. Pre-Covid saw a multitude of activities and rewards for staff, incredible Christmas party and team bonding days! The best place I have ever worked - so much opportunity if you are willing to put in the effort.

Cons

Nothing that can be helped - Contact Centres are a busy environment and the climate with Covid amplifies this, but the management did all they could to enrich the work-life.
