Pros

- lot of benefits - medical care

Cons

- KPIs are more important than people - your voice isn't heard by management - i learned from powerpoint presentation (at 1pm), that i am going to be in other department from 3pm that same day :) no one even told me before

Pros

HMO benefit. Shuttle services. Laptop + broadband provision for work from home arrangement during the pandemic.

Cons

Too many meetings. It takes a long time for all required tools needed to perform your task to be updated. Unable to easily recognize the need for additional manpower to achieve the most desirable results for a team.
