Managers to busy with their own career instead of their employees Perception and who you know is more important than performance A lot of good intentions from management but lack of ”walking the talk” Honestly not always appreciated, employees are saying what they think management wants to hear Company Culture and values are often not adhere to Performance review is a big joke, not consistent and often not fair
