Pros

young culture in the workplace

Cons

Some people and managers are really having low work ethic and analytical reasoning ( very interesting) . they do not work at all and gossip behind other people (people who are actually working), they just micromanage people with pressure just so they can take the credit for their work and show off senior management. Some departments are not merit based (since some managers really lack a lot of required skills), they only promote people who pamper their ego and these people happen to have 0 work ethic, analytical reasoning and knowledge (e.g. cannot even compare month to month data, cannot even vlookup, sumif and ask for help in a quantitative team ) and happen to not work at all. toxic culture one of the most bizarre experiences in my career alarmingly high turnover rate in the department.
