      Pros

      - Great community - mostly nice, helpful people - Opportunities for growth - Teambuildings - You feel appreciated for your work - Budget for personal trainings - 4 days a week is now implemented

      Cons

      - It's a bank, so there are many security blockers in place - Sometimes you code less because there are many operations on the side to do - like risk documentation, lenghty deploys

      - Great colleagues - Learning opportunities, trainings and certifications are encouraged, there is an 1k euro budget per year for learning - Yearly bonuses, budget for flexible benefits (online platform), team buildings, new office, quarterly budget for going out with the team - Good work-life balance

      Cons

      - Bank-specific processes (like risk documentation) - Context switching - There is a team for everything (automated pipelines, Kafka messaging, alerting etc.) which can be good, but you don't get to do these things yourself and see how they work under under the hood.
