      Work-Life Balance Wellbeing activities Dutch are funny and transparent Training Courses

      Cons

      unfortunately they can fire you and replace you with someone with less experience but cheaper, they are not loyal to employee with many years of experience, if they want to cut cost you will be fired. the Dutch culture are dominant one, so it may not be right bank for expat.

      great support, many opportunities for growth, encouragement to learn new skills and become fullstack developer

      Cons

      some technologies are dated, as a big corporation upgrading to new technologies takes a lot of time, which results in the workers not being skilled in the state-of-the-art software.
