Good company policy, big family. There are a lot of excellent and friendly people

Cons

A lot of teams hire external engineers who are not good, which create extra burdens for decent engineers to clean up the mess. It could be also bureaucratic in some divisions. The company policy doesn't favour to keep young professional.

- the salaries were at some point at the market average, but now they aren't anymore. that is quite unmotivating
