      Pros

      Work from home is allowed for many positions.

      Cons

      Since the integration with Quintiles (now IQVIA), focus has shifted from quality to profitability and the benefits have changed for the worse. Quite a bit of work is outsourced and new processes have been implemented resulting in extra red tape (busy work). Oh, and metrics for the sake of metrics-gotta love the Q.

      Limited pro for this company. Some of the employees are decent but the decent ones leave quickly

      Company allows work from home flexibility

      Cons

      -Wage increases below inflation -Wage increases way below industry standards for my technology in my metro area -Bonus amounts are consistently far less than what was promised during the interview -No budget for employee technical training or even book purchases -Company has started replacing cubes with "open work spaces" that consist of many people crammed into the same room inches from their co-workers -Massive amounts of technical work outsourced to workers in low wage countries
