      Per diem for billable projects in the CRA role (makes up for slightly below average salary) decent 401k matching, discretionary vacation for all employees, work from home flexibility, educated workforce, exciting projects, and lots of opportunities for advancement and movement within the company

      Reduction in benefits following the IMS-Quintiles merger; health plans are costlier and not as robust, no longer reimbursed for gym memberships, and below industry average salaries
