Les collaborateurs et certains managers sont très sympa, Les avantages CE,

Restriction budgétaire malgré une belle croissance. En 4 ans, 2 managements différents, le premier, me donnait envie de venir travailler. Le deuxième me fait fuir...... Beaucoup trop de politique en interne, vous serrez récompensé si vous êtes bien vu des bonnes personnes et non si vous êtes surperformant. Prime lié au bruit de couloir. Recrutement de personne aligné sur le salaire le plus bas de l'équipe qui est déjà 25% inférieur au prix du march. Priorisation des projets qui peuvent changer plusieurs fois au cours d'une même semaine.
