Some colleagues are highly skilled, collaborative, and genuinely try to help despite system limitations. Exposure to global teams and complex projects gives solid experience if you’re willing to learn fast and operate independently.

      Cons

      Heavy workload with constant pressure and shifting priorities. Processes are often inefficient, overly bureaucratic, or unclear, which creates unnecessary stress and rework. Communication between departments can be poor, leading to confusion and last-minute escalations. Recognition does not always match the level of responsibility, and career growth can feel slow or dependent on internal politics rather than performance.
