Pros

1. Adequate work life balance. 2. Opportunity to work remotely and flexible working hours 3. Self Learning scope and materials 4. Generally good working Environment

Cons

1. Very little salary hike, often not even matching the inflation, let alone industry average or standards. 2. Projects are often legacy or built on older frameworks. Technological inertia and organizational structure often blocks adaptation of newer technologies in commercial projects. 3. Career growth is very slow.

Pros

Good pay, benefits, and bonus.

Cons

Heavy workload. Management had too much on their plate so they rarely jumped in when needed. Acted like they “don’t want to micromanage” so they got away with doing far less.

Pros

There are no pros. If you are comfortable dealing with health issues, then you may consider joining this company. This company may only be suitable if you are prepared to face health and mental challenges.

Cons

Employees in IC team are often expected to work during medical emergencies or while unwell, and even pre-approved or planned leave may be cancelled at short notice. Managerial support is inadequate, with several managers lacking both people-management skills and technical expertise. Promotions and influence appear to be driven more by internal lobbying than by merit or performance, which undermines team effectiveness. Additionally, joining the IC team under the current leadership is particularly challenging specially gunjan and rajat and mithilesh , as team heads demonstrate limited technical knowledge and provide minimal managerial or professional support even though you have medical emergencies. Team heads lack sufficient technical knowledge and fail to provide meaningful guidance or support, creating a frustrating environment for contributors. This, combined with micromanagement and poor people-management skills, significantly impacts morale and productivity. they often shift blame for their own mistakes onto team members, even in cases where the work was correctly completed by others. Poor Work-Life Balance: The company does not respect personal time, and employees are often expected to be available beyond regular working hours. Blocked internal movement Even if opportunities arise, managers often refuse to approve role changes or internal transfers, stalling your career growth. Leave Policy and Difficulties with Applications: Applying for leave is unnecessarily complicated, often requiring multiple levels of approval. Leave requests are frequently delayed, denied, or discouraged, even in genuine cases.
