      Pros

      Large Company, lots of work to be done. Currently no spend restrictions or oversight in place

      Cons

      Dysfunctional post merger with surprisingly little to no systems in place for checks and balances. There is no clear direction from the top and future is uncertain for those legacy Quintiles employees. IMS Health is clearly driving the turnip cart and being micro managed by the CEO at every level. Keep a close eye on Revenue and don't be blinded by the positive EBITA number.

      Great company to work which believes in Change . and vision. Great company benefits Pension and bonus Excellent growth opportunities in rest of the company.

      Cons

      Very hostile work culture in legacy CRM team. People are treated in unprofessional manner. There is absolutely organization structure beneath the Director level. If you are in technology,please stay away from this place.

      The hard workers who are left, which are few and far between now.

      Cons

      After the IPO and the merge the penny pinching has been come unbearable. The constant layoffs has left everyone on edge. We are all leaving for greener pastures all that is left are those who cant find new jobs.
