      most colleagues were very friendly

      The senior management are horrible. It is quite common in Quitiles that your line manager kick the most difficult tasks to you when you just started, and you were told that you can pass it to the next new person as your manager did. The senior management protect each others, so there is no accountability. No work and life balance, you have to work at evenings and weekends to meet their requirements.

      Smart colleagues, and interesting work.

      Cons

      Terrible, horrible, no-good very bad culture. No strategic initiatives that make sense. The echo chamber stifles all creativity. It is pure poison. Growth is from window dressing old offerings and acquisitions, the culture stifles innovation. No rewards or bonuses commensurate with the long hours and demanding work but as the headlines scream overpaid CEO takes care of himself. All good talent flees.

      The salary was ok, though a huge variance exists when I discussed it with other team members.

      Cons

      Management was horrible. I felt like they were the dumbest people in the industry. I couldn't work for people that were borderline unethical and unintelligent.
