      Pros

      Worked with some terrific people. Unfortunately the terrific people aren’t valued and end up leaving.

      Cons

      Workload is unbalanced. Lacking tools to effectively and efficiently do our job. In constant fear of getting laid off. Focus on tech and apps, but not the quality of the data feeding into these apps. Biggest gripe is promotions, took a year for the promotion. There are no opportunities for growth and advancement with this company. Additional responsibilities are constantly added to positions, with no additional compensation yet IMS CEO is making more than other health company CEOs, despite profit losses.

      Pros

      Good work / home balance. Laid back office environment with knowledgeable employees.

      Cons

      Nickled and dimed. The company considers price first, employees last when making any decisions. Young employees are not retained due to lower salaries and lack of advancement opportunities.

      Pros

      Plenty of challenging projects to work on. Great pay and benefits. Solid company and is a leader in the Clinical Research industry. Can work from home.

      Cons

      No matter how well you perform, you could be part of the annual layoffs so beware. Quintiles manages the company like 'Hunger Games'. Someone is going die (be removed). Very, very political org. Open environment so the office is very noisy.
