Cons

Easy to feel like a passenger on a big ship. Sometimes hard to feel close on your project teams.

Pros

Good work-life balance, option for hybrid working Lots of opportunities for progression Global company with good reputation across the country. GP practices value our work Very good training and support provided.

Cons

Poor compensation at all levels. New starter salaries often exceed salaries of existing staff. Management don't want you to know what salary ranges are accessible at higher levels. Performance based pay rises not received until 12 months later! They also don't like to talk about staff who are leaving
