Pros

I was promoted within my first year, which shows that hard work and performance are recognized. The company offers good work-life balance compared to others in the industry. I had the most amazing DLM who was supportive and inspiring, which made a big difference in my experience. Overall, I felt valued and appreciated.

Cons

At times, I had to manage a huge backlog and several projects at once, which could feel overwhelming. Workload distribution was not always balanced, making it difficult to give equal attention to all assignments.
