      Nice and smart people, provides training. Good if you want to one day be a CRA

      Cons

      If you don't want to be a CRA or can't travel because you have a family you are pretty much stuck... unless you were a CRA at another company. VERY high turn over.

      Pros

      IMS is a good company. If you want to learn deeper understanding about how Drugs and Pharmaceutical works. You will learn what are the drug of choice of the consumers. In IMS they are building "family one" system, all your colleagues become your family.

      Slow job growth. Too much exposure to pharmaceutical term is pure boredom
