      Good company to work for, but need to be proactive to find career growth

      Pros

      Good work-life balance, mentoring opportunities and ability to move around in different functional groups. Management team is flexible and ready to help employees.

      Cons

      Clear opportunities for growth are not specified, and one has to work hard to find it. When there are a lot of people working from home, the work place can be a little boring. Not many office get together opportunities.

      Pros

      Potential in the market and company are great, compensation is great, brand is great, and work life balance is great. Overall a pretty good place to work.

      Cons

      Management turnover and main focus is cost because of wall street expectations now that the company is public. Have to always be thinking politically because there it's more about who likes you than your work results.

      Great environment but not a company concerned with the employees

      I worked at the mexican branch of this firm and I can say that there is a good environment because of the average age of the people working there and the promotion is constant

      Cons

      You learn from peers but there is not good training like others consultancy firms like Delloitte or Mckinsey, the balance work- life is null
