Pros

In the PM location there was once a great team. They were the best in the industry at understanding the market, asking the right questions, anticipating client needs, delivering high quality work, working hard, and professionalism and respect. People that worked there were truly part of something special.

Cons

Leadership that plays favorites, ignores real issues with the management and staff, tolerates unprofessional people, no vision, no sales capability, poor delivery capability, entitled delivery team that thinks the world is owed to them, and a senior leadership that doesn't care to address anything real, content with letting good people leave this group because it's too troublesome to kick out the toxic seniors and poor performers and hold people accountable.

Pros

Nice people to work with.

Cons

It was good at first but then all the major changes kicked in and information of everything wasn't really happening. After all the hard work we put in, we're being made redundant...

Pros

Some line managers seem to truly want to help you advance in your career and want you to enjoy working at the company. Management frequently shows appreciation for workers. Work life balance is encouraged and the schedule is fairly flexible. Management is supportive of CTA's when issues arise in project teams. Training has become increasingly comprehensive. Good place to get CRO experience.

Cons

It is very difficult to advance from the CTA role if you aren't a new graduate and often takes several years unless you have a strong network (friends) in your desired department. The department values "new talent" aka new grads over senior employees which causes a lot of disgruntled workers who inevitably leave. Very few experienced and knowledgeable coworkers. High work loads because of the high turnover rate.
