      Large company with lots of departments with the ability to move within departments to get varied experiences in the clinical research industry.

      Cons

      The merger with IMS has caused some issues in reorganization and some valuable people have left the organization.

      Nice facilities. Gym available. Let work from home.

      Cons

      Management plays favoritism. You will not get anywhere career wise if you are not bowing to management constantly. Lots of games behind your back. No talks cross departments, very bureaucratic.

      Pros

      I have worked at Quintiles as a contractor and was hired as a Director last month. The reason I joined is because of the career opportunities and smart, passionate people who work here. You can learn something new every day and people are really focused on helping patients. No matter in what position you are, everyone has one common goal and works towards that. It's a great place to work and management is focused on team work and transparency which I have not seen very often. I like the new branding and the engagement through the videos because it keeps it real and shows that behind it all, there are real people, just like you and me.
