Training is excellent, colleagues are exceptionally bright and a pleasure to know.

Cons

Since going public, the culture and focus has changed. Salaries have not kept up with industry standards, and compensation increases have been in 1- 1/2% range for several years.

Good culture, great interaction with other employees. Small Management tree. Always asking what can be done to improve both products and working environment. Great view from offices.

Cons

Not the easiest place to commute to. Too much of this was done in start up and we really do not have the time to fix.

Terrible work-life balance. Very little opportunity to advance. Highly underqualified people in leadership roles. The management is horrendous.
