Less pay, old technology, no onsite

1.You will survive only if you know how to butter your manager and know how to play safe politics. If you're not master of these two than don't even think of joing this company. 2.On-sites are opportunities are provided to only those who are close to Manager. She/he will pull the guys from other project to send on-sites and of course you should know how to butter managers 3. Get small or medium size gift from on-site to your manager and stand chance to travel again.. lol but true. 4. Managers doesn't know anything about the ABCD of technologies. Funniest thing is, they'll attend external training session instead of sending one who actually works.. ROFL but true.. if you say you're interested then you'll always get to hear limited seats are available.. WTF 5. You'll get nice variable pay > 120% if you follow point #1. 6. You'll get nice hike more than 10-15% if you follow point #1 7. If you're thinking of joining company then first you should learn whatever I've mentioned in some of above points then only you'll survive in development division.
