Well organised. Paid good salaries. Decent bonuses. Appreciated hard workers. Travel. Internationally known. CEO new every employee by name. You not just a norther number.

Cons

Implementation of processes and procedures when introducing new department was slow. Improving accounting package to meet the rapid growth of the company was lacking. Made it difficult to keep up meet deadlines.
