The goal of the Procurement team is to work collectively, in an inclusive, collaborative environment, to purchase goods and services globally to help people get jobs. There are always ample internal growth opportunities across many business units for employees wishing to progress their career. That said, bullying is something we do not tolerate at Indeed. Indeed provides guidance, direction, education and support mechanisms for all employees, with formal policies and procedures should alleged bullying occur.
