We can assure you that we regularly review and update Company Guidelines. These are available to all employees at all times via our HR Information System. If there is something specific you want to know more about regarding our guidelines then please reach out to your manager in the first instance. While we can’t speak to your specific circumstances, bonuses at Indeed are discretionary and paid consistently with state and federal guidelines. Packages are outlined in all offers of employment, and commissions are paid monthly based on payments received while employed at Indeed. All commission eligible employees can track and have transparent visibility to the payments they receive and therefore commission earned and what gets paid to them. But we agree that it takes more than perks to make a successful career. It takes work and life balance. The open PTO (Paid Time Off) is intended to be used by everyone. We want employees to take off as much time on holiday as they need, as long as they are hitting their targets and have manager approval. It’s a benefit that we offer all of our employees on top of the standard 25 days leave, in countries where there are standard leave regulations, Indeed pays out unused time Our HR teams are there to support our employees and care about what they care about.
