Pros

Benefits are great however they are just a ploy to lure good sales talent in the door. Barely anyone availed of the "unlimited PTO" as sales targets were ridiculously high and there was huge pressure to achieve them each quarter.

Cons

Call centre environment. A minimum of 40-50 cold calls per day. Micromanagement. Glorified call centre Cult like feel to the culture. Everyone is given Indeed merchandise to wear, there is constant updates on social media of this perceived "fun" life inside indeed, however the true reality, in my experience, was that most people on the sales floor were really unhappy due to the pressure and stress of the role.

Pros

Great working environment and great flexibility at work.

Cons

No cons really. The company has small flaws due to the large growth ratio but it is a great place to work.
