As an employer, one of our biggest priorities is to provide employees with a safe working space. We care deeply about our employees’ experience and won’t tolerate toxic behavior. At Indeed, we champion a culture that values honest and transparent communication. In addition to encouraging employees to have 1:1 skip-level sessions with your leader to discuss workload and the challenges you’re facing, we have quarterly feedback as well as management effectiveness surveys, and we hold our leaders accountable to their actions. Our Open PTO (Paid Time Off) is intended to be used by everyone. We want employees to take the time-off they need, as long as they are hitting their targets and have manager approval. We encourage employees to have skip-level sessions so you can discuss this with your leader, and as always, feel free to reach out to your local HR team if you continue to face issues. It is our priority to make sure we are listening and acting on the concerns and suggestions of our employees, as they are the ones who help build us up as a company, and are our biggest and most valuable assets. Hi there. Thank you for leaving us this review and we’re really sorry to read about your experience #insideindeed. We do not want any employee to feel devalued here, and the views and voices of all employees matter to us. Managers are held accountable to their leadership roles and we’re monitoring this through our employee engagement and manager feedback surveys. This provides us with insights on the employee experience, and we take it very seriously. As a business, we will continue to grow throughout 2022, and we acknowledge that with this will come growing pains. Rest assured, we are doing all we can to ensure processes and procedures are updated at the necessary pace.
