Medical and dental insurance Breakfast everyday Lunch on Wednesday Happy Hours on Fridays

Cons

They are changing the structure of the company and basically eliminating what was attractive about Indeed. - Now you need to work 3 more times to earn the same money - They have cut the bonus - With targets that are not done according the market (3 to 4 times more) you are not able to make quota and reach Senior level career progression - Conditions are not the same for new people so people who was here between 2 years to 9 months were able to do quotas very easily and with the changes the new people can´t do it... at least not as fast as before - Have bumped with people doing xenophobic comments and also racist ones

Sydney office is a mess

Pros

Good perks such as company events. Free snacks and drinks and good stuff that they give away to staff.

Cons

Awful leadership. People leave and no one knows. Horrible HR processes and management are just trying to protect themselves and get ahead.
