Thanks for leaving a review of your work experience and your 3+ year of service at Indeed. We’ve grown substantially during this time frame, in large part because of the fantastic work of our Talent Attraction team. While we’re always aiming for high employee retention, we recognise that as the needs of the business change, it’s natural that some people will choose to further their career elsewhere. The quick recovery of the US job market has also contributed to many companies ramping up their hiring efforts and employees seeking new opportunities. In regards to the compensation, TA SLT recently worked closely with our partners in Compensation on a full market analysis for our Recruiting and Sourcing roles in the U.S., and in direct response to the data, we have adjusted the salary bands for U.S. recruiting and sourcing job profiles, effective June 1. Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback with us, and your continued service to Indeed. We appreciate all the positive factors you listed, such as supportive management and our unlimited PTO benefit, but are disappointed to read about the negative aspects. We care deeply about our employee’s career growth and can understand how that can be frustrating.
