      Pros

      Catered meals, good base salary, uncapped commission, quarterly bonuses, and great people/culture. My boss is amazing, the onboard training is comprehensive, happy hour every Friday, LTIPs after three years, good benefits. Lots of extra perks like in-house yoga, guest speakers, expense accounts.

      Cons

      The pace of growth can effect cohesion and the ability to maintain culture in the future. Sales teams have aggressive targets, so you need to bring your A game.
