Pressure to grow a Company. But Sales or any Job has pressure involved. Expectations are high on us. But We have the means to reach them. If you are not cut out for a Competitive Fun environment, where you will be pushed to be your best, this is not for you.

in japan, it's high salary and its environment is so good. its engineers are so skillfull to learn a lot from them

lunch is not good...indeed i go to eat outside restaurant. we have to go to the office. remote-work is not allowed

-Great co-workers, everyone is excited to come in each day, making for a very positive atmosphere -Nice, contemporary office with great views on Congress -The product works really well so clients are easy to work with -The growing office creates a lot of opportunity -Huge variety of snacks and drinks

Cons

-Not a lot of interaction with larger corporate Austin office -Not a fault of Indeed, but getting into and out of downtown can be difficult
