Reach out to any SVP, VP, Senior Director, Director, Team Lead, Senior AE via LinkedIn/Facebook/etc for more information about the roles we have available at Indeed if you are interested in applying. If you are: Competitive, Determined, Ethical, and Fun - we want you on our team.

Cons

Unfortunately Sales (or just working in general) is not the right fit for everyone. If you often make excuses for your failures, do not enjoy making more money than your friends and family, and have a hard time keeping your nose down and working - this will not be the right fit for you.

Pros

A lot of happy hours and free food to distract you from the terrible work environment. Those are the only good things about this terrible place.

Cons

Most unprofessional business environment I have ever been a part of. If you are 1 minute late and have been working there for 1 year and never been late before, you will get pulled into a conference room and yelled at (seriously, it happens all the time). Everyone parties every night so they can forget about how miserable they are during the day, so everyone is hung over all the time. If you like being absolutely micro-managed, Indeed.com is the place for you to be. If you like being brainwashed into thinking Indeed is the best place to work, you will love it there. Making 70 calls a day to HR people is brutal; you literally have to be smiling and dialing from 9-6, and if you don't stay until 6:30 and come in by 8.30 everyday, you get yelled at. Sucking up to your boss will be the only way to excel within this company-I was a huge suck-up and I got away with tons of things people that were professional did not. You will have ot prospect for hours and hours outside of work hours (you aren't allowed to prospect during the day), and every company is taken at this point, so you will find nothing. There is no support from leads handed to you, although you willl be told 'they are coming, don't worry, they are coming'....they never do, or are TERRIBLE. Managers have never been managers before and have no idea how to even run team meetings. They are terrible at motivating employees, and the only way they do is through fear that you are being fired. HR says they care about your health; however, they only care about bringing money into the company-there is absolutely NO work-life balance
