Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review about working in our Indeed Sydney office. We’re really proud of the work/life balance we can offer our employees so it’s great to see you agree and are taking advantage of it. Career development and internal mobility is something that we’re really passionate about at Indeed and want all of our employees to be able to take advantage of it. Our Sydney office will be growing more in 2019 which will mean there will be more open roles available to move into. We recognise being a relatively small office up until this point there have not been as many roles for our employees to apply to as we would have liked. However do remember we’re a global business so make sure you check out our internal roles across all of our great offices. We really appreciate you giving us you open and honest feedback, please continue to do this as we value your thoughts.

Pros

This company does what it says on the tin: helps people get jobs. You will work hard and deliver this goal in everything you do, and you will directly see the results. Most days, I go home feeling great about what I've done in the day. The Scaled Operations team will give you the autonomy you need to do your job.

Cons

You will often be overworked and underpaid. Although your lead will fight for you, the Scaled Operations team under the Search Quality organization has no actual method for leveling its employees up. You may be stuck in your same position for a long time without much improvement, if any.
