Working with genuine and nice people
The mission to Help People Get Jobs
Cons
2 lay-offs in 2 years so we have lost all sense of job security and the work has been piling up since we have been losing people and barely hired anyone.
Good work-life balance, intelligent co-workers, unlimited PTO.
Honestly, the people you work with are what makes working at Indeed top-notch. We stick together.
Cons
Managers are not trained to be "people managers". Directors and VPs are out of touch with the IC's who are actually putting in the work. There are people that make so much money and don't actually work. It is extremely un-incentivizing at times.
