Pros

Fun supportive environment. They really want to help advance your career and they really do care about the mission of helping people get jobs.

Cons

Not enough investment in internal process improvements. There is still a startup culture despite how large the company is, which results in many distributed efforts to solve problems and create necessary programs, often using volunteers to power it, which is not sustainable.

if you don't get a good manager you struggle quite a while you find ways to get out.
