Pros

A good location in the city to work, with some nice perks such as unlimited PTO and a bit of free food. On a CV, Indeed looks very good however...

Cons

Its a call center where the managers take no time to actually build up talent, they just demand you hit daily call metrics (45 dials and 120 minutes). You get looks if you go to the toilet at 9:45am, as that is a "call block" time. The managers demand that you sell the highest end product for every situation, even if the company only needs 1 hire. It's all down to management and the only criteria to be a manager in there is "are you willing to yell at people about metrics". Sad because when I first started, it wasn't this way...

Pros

Bread and circuses translate to happy hours and free breakfasts

Cons

I have had a number of years now to reflect upon the practices here at Indeed. After three years within the organisation I am sad to say that we do not value our employees or clients. By using negative reviews of supposed employees against them we leverage additional advertising income by offering to help manage their brand more positively and stop the rising tide of embarrassing inaccuracies about their culture values and practices. It is racketeering at worse bordering on the criminal. As an employee of indeed I can no longer stay silent against those managers and leaders who vehemently foster an aggressive commission culture where bonus payments are King and clients are purely circumstantial.
