So they're not just empty phrases. As an employee, you're at the center of what's happening. So many opportunities to feel good. You feel the culture from the first moment. Everyone is very helpful.

Cons

Everything is incredibly fast-paced. You have to get used to the pace. Everyone is patient... the important thing is to be patient with yourself.

Pros

Pre-Covid, Indeed was amazing with so much going on in the offices. When remote started, they threw money at you to setup your home office, which is great, however the life at Indeed became much less exciting.

Cons

A lot of focus on targets that can't be impacted by Client Success A massive focus on Diversity and Inclusion, which is really good, however all communication from senior leadership was around this topic, and very rarely around the business.
