Milking existing relationships with clients with out of date and unnecessarily expensive and extended services ,with a large number of resources whose skills dont match.Mainly due the the leadership unable to bring in projects. The matrix means you can never think of the best interests or value for the client.In fact, if you improve things for the client and it means their army of resources installed goes down, this will get you on a blacklist. Avoid if you dont want to feel like a part of your soul has been dirtied joining this company.You cannot create value here.
