Bad pay. Bad work culture.

So lame, not helpful, you may change project time by time, no long-term fixed manager to talk to and build your own growth. You might have bigger title but you 99% end up doing same job same skill over day and day which is completely impact your skillset, especially when you on bench, you need to be look for project yourself, yes you didn't hear this wrong you will be clearly told by your RPL that it is your responsibility to find billable project and they won't really help too much, instead those bench managers keep saying they are also doing multiple tasks except helping you out, making you feel as if you are a cumbersome burden for whole world. On top of that, even you got mapped, they might not be any progress actually till you reach out the auto released date and got kicked back to bench again. Also, almost every time you will be definitely asked to relocate. I mean come on, people got life and everything on their end how come it is that easy for people to relocate immediately, but once you say something like "I am not able to relocate", then opportunity will to taken away. Endless waiting and pressure.
