      Pros

      I got the opportunity to represent Infosys while working for industry giants like Microsoft and Intel -who were our customers.

      Cons

      Infosys needs a lot more Test Engineers than Developers and hence there are far lesser development opportunities at the company.

      1. Training in Mysore.... You will get to learn a looootttttt 2. Awesome infrastructure (wont find such huge campuses elsewhere) 3. Has brand image in India 4. Good chances of going Onsite

      Cons

      1. Horrible for experienced 2. Too much "red tapism".... You need to have a god father in order to progress quickly 3. Chances are great that you might land up in some support project 4. Policies, policies and policies

      Pros

      Great Infrastructure and training. Nice facilities.

      Cons

      Very bad project management. Employees are made to slog due to bad planning and estimation by the managers. Poor treatment and attitude towards employees. Employees are treated as 'machines' and management has no concern for employee care whatsoever. Poor policies which does not allow fast growth for employees.Very little onsite opportunities and poor work culture.
