      World of opportunities, you have to make use of it

      Pros

      Entire breadth of industry presence, you just have to demonstrate your capabilities, impress, get recognition and then respect. After that you can pretty much make sure you are in control of your career, choose the stream you want to be and make use of the opportunities.

      Cons

      Not enough progression is possible after you move to Project Manager role. Loads of people stuck up in the role, cut throat competition. Salary hike after Project Manager is only enough when one becomes a Delivery Manager.

      Fail to meet aspirations in most of the cases Ever increasing no. of employees makes it difficult to be at par with other competitors in terms of compensation The role assigned to an employee matters much more than what the employee is actually interested in and/or capable of Big time issue with Resource utilization
