      It gives oportunities to haveirvine international experience and is good for freshers as they can learn a lot

      Cons

      Salary does not increase enough to even come up with inflation. Salaries are far from being enough for expensive US regions as CA or NY. Employees usually need to share accomodation in order to come up with expenses.

      Nothing positive. After 2.5 years,Financial impropriety at Infosys BPO happened in a Czech centre.

      Cons

      20 days holidays. Normal company grant you 25 Overtime neither paid neither compensated Cneter Head is not condsidering the employee satsfation, only money in pocket Management really poor. Polish era finish after some corruption in all the levels. Now is time for slave time Mediocre salary expectation. No increase in 2.5 years. No code of ethics. Couples (manager + manager) working on the same project, creating ethical moral conflict.
