Cons
I can go on and on about this. 1. Billing based approach. Managers do not care about delivery quality at all. 2. Hikes are very low. 3. Feels like a school. In time and out time is clocked. Need to maintain 9.15 avg working hours. 4. Variable pay is not fully paid. I got100% variable once in 3 years. Below may be restricted to my project. 5. Un realistic deadlines are promised by the managers and then employees are expected to work 14 hours a day including weekends. 6. Covid leaves were deducted for infected employees because of the above reasons. 7. Managers are selfish and partial. 8. Managers wil do anything for clients. I mean anything. 9. Managers are very jugadu. Keeps asking for credentials just to wrap up the work instead of working on the accesses and permanent solutions. There are many more trivial issues I had which may sound silly but adds up to build up the pressure.
