Pros

Very flexible onboarding process, can take a lot of time and you make money the whole time as you do certifications and wait for work.

Cons

Everything else... Getting in contact with someone to get anything you need is nearly impossible. Unclear expectations, and if you hit any blockers in your work that you need help with...good luck. You get the job they give you, not the job you applied for initially If they can't find you work, even if you're doing what they ask, you're out Employee portal site is busted as heck

Pros

The bonuses and salary were alright and the culture was relaxed.

Cons

Not enough engagement and communication from management and too much turnover from management themselves.

Pros

• A lot of learning opportunities • The chance to work with big name companies • Interview practice

Cons

• Communication sucks. You will be asked for the same document by 4 different people who are all trying to put that file in the same spot. Trying to get help with something is like pulling teeth. • Certifications are bull crap. They don’t mean anything outside of Infy. You're expected to complete a certification every two weeks while not on project. • Put on random projects in random positions that have nothing to do with your skill set. You'll be a Java developer put on a QA role, or a frontend developer put in a dbms role. It doesn't make sense. • Will be told to relocate to client location and then once relocated will be told you're off the project actually so you will not be reimbursed for your relocation. Saw this happen to many of the people I onboarded with. • Out of the 50 people I onboarded with, less than 15 were still employed here a year later, and now less than 8 remain (two years later). Maybe this should be a pro instead.
