      -No choice in the type of projects I worked on

      not bad for a first Job but don't settle their !

      Pros

      getting paid while on bench doing nothing , Good Benefits

      Cons

      Bad communication with everything Pay is the lowest in the country No work-life balance they will ask you to work nights and weekend with no extra money No mentor-ship or help once you get assigned to a project No clear instructions on any task and basically no one knows what they're doing

      Hired as Software developer and ended up doing QA

      Pros

      Low bar to get in Have many resources to train people up in tech knowledge and skill

      Cons

      Required to stay at a random State to train for 3 months Have not much says to where you will be relocated or else you will get fired Ask to do QA if you are unlucky and spending 2 years just taking screenshots Long/weird working hours because sometimes their dev lives in India and working India times
