Pros

Easy life. Low performers can get by for years. Just get a ticket skin. Or you can work hard and get 3 percent better hike. That too after few years. Employee friendly, food is great.

Cons

Low pay. They are making money because folks there don't know their value and spend years under paid. They also lull your senses and don't realize this for years. Keep focus on your growth. Services companies keep changing your project so many times, after many years, you will just be a generalist and will have an identity crisis if you get back in the market.
